Summer Course 25LC 07 008 - Digital Innovation with Lego Spike and Bee-bots

This summer course is designed to immerse teachers in the world of 21stcentury thinking, focusing on the innovative use of LEGO Spike Essential, beebots and aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Throughout the course, participants will delve into practical and innovative resources, exploring how they can be effectively integrated into the classroom to foster computational thinking and creativity.

This course will introduce the fundamentals of AI in education, providing insights into how AI can be used to personalise learning experiences and make teaching more inclusive.

Educators will learn about the potential of AI to support diverse learning needs, thereby enhancing student engagement and understanding across various subject areas.

The course also covers other essential topics, such as digital citizenship and online safety, finding and selecting high-quality digital content, and exploring the Digital Learning Framework.
