Differentiation -Responding to the Needs of all Learners NIPTWS07: This workshop provides NQTs with an opportunity to consider and discuss how to respond to the diverse needs of all learners in the classroom. Key elements of the workshop include a discussion on the concept of differentiation, the role of the teacher and the practical implementation of a number of differentiation strategies. Scenario-based discussion and teacher reflection are an integral part of this workshop.
