The presenter’s understanding of teamwork is one that embodies ‘a particular culture of teaching, a particular set of working relationships amongst teachers and their colleagues which bind them together in a supportive, inquiring community, committed to common goals and continuous improvement’ (Vogt, 2002).
This course will give principals, teachers and special needs assistants an opportunity to reflect on the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for successful collaboration in the classroom.
