Prepare to bring the Primary Language Curriculum to life in your classroom for English and Gaeilge. This face to face summer course, facilitated by the PDST, will highlight practical, playful and engaging learning experiences to develop the learning outcomes. Beidh cothromaíocht le linn na seachtaine idir mhúineadh an Bhéarla agus múineadh na Gaeilge.
Along with an exploration of each of the strands of the Primary Language Curriculum/Curaclam Teanga na Bunscoile, this practical course will explore: preparation for teaching and learning, assessment, linguistic diversity, digital literacy, an cur chuige cumarsáideach, aistriú scileanna, and cross curricular learning opportunities. The €10.00 registration fee is for Blackrock Education Centre administration purposes only and not a PDST charge.
The booking fee is non-refundable. All Summer Courses qualify for EPV days provided you complete the full course over 5 days. Blackrock Education Centre has the right to cancel a course if we DO NOT have the minimum numbers required.
