Cancellation Policy

The Blackrock Education Centre reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate courses.

Courses will be cancelled if

• sufficient applications are not received or if
• the tutor becomes unavailable due to illness.
• our premises is unable to accommodate the course due to health and safety considerations

If the course does not take place, your booking fee, if any, will be returned to you.

As demand for popular courses cannot always be met, places are allocated on receipt of a completed booking. Where courses fill quickly, people who have not received a place will be notified immediately by email or text.

Online bookings which are paid by cheque will be added to the course and confirmed by email on receipt of booking notice and cheque/cash to the centre.

In the event of cancellation by a course participant, refunds of fees, if applicable, can be issued on receipt of medical certification or school principal’s authorisation.

Attendance and Non attendance at all courses will be recorded.
