Designing a School Website

This course which runs over 4 evenings is particulary suitable for those with no previous experience of web design and who would like to create a website for their school. The Web X5 software is very easy to use.

The Software is easy to use and participants will learn how to:

Create a website from scratch
Add text, photos, slideshows and video to web pages
Publish and share teachers' and pupils' work
Promote the school within the wider community
Make links to educational websites

This course requires basic computer skills and is suitable for both Primary and Post Primary teachers

Prerequisites

No previous experience of web design necessary, basic computer skills required.
